priorities

excellent education

Our children deserve schools equipped to serve every child. Brookline schools need to prepare our children to succeed in the 21st century economy and be stewards of our society and planet.

In Town Meeting, Isaac voted to make new school construction free of fossil fuels, rename the Coolidge Corner School the Florida Ruffin Ridley School, and led the 2018 campaign to modernize Brookline High science facilities.

equity and Sustainability

Equity and sustainability must be at the core of everything we do. We must face the climate crisis head-on and make investments and change policies to ensure equitable treatment for Brookline residents, particularly those who have traditionally been left out and left behind.

Isaac voted for sustainable infrastructure to increase electric vehicle charging, speed up the C Line with signal prioritization, and eliminate fossil fuel infrastructure from key new construction projects. He also supported town employees and their rights when speaking out and suing over discrimination and harassment.

responsible development

Brookline must be an accessible, diverse, and inclusive community. Brookline’s residents, businesses, and programs alike can flourish while promoting the intimate community we all love.

In Town Meeting, Isaac voted in favor of new transit-oriented development, affordable housing, and improvements to promote local businesses. He also supports key details like updated design guidelines to allow for more pedestrian friendliness while welcoming more people, businesses, and opportunity to Brookline.
